Customer policies
Please review these policies before submitting a roadside service request. The request form requires confirmation that you have read and understand them.
Service Charge Due at Scheduling
A service charge is required at the time of scheduling to reserve your appointment and dispatch a technician to your location. The service charge covers travel time, fuel, equipment, and technician dispatch costs.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when scheduling service, including but not limited to:
- Vehicle year, make, and model
- Tire size
- Wheel size
- Vehicle location
- Description of the service needed
- Any special vehicle requirements or conditions
Additional Fees
Providing incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information may result in additional charges if extra time, equipment, labor, or parts are required to complete the service.
Forfeiture of Service Charge
The service charge is non-refundable once a technician has been dispatched. If service cannot be completed due to inaccurate information provided by the customer, including but not limited to incorrect tire size, incorrect location, inaccessible vehicle, or other undisclosed circumstances, the service charge may be forfeited.
If a return trip is required due to incorrect information provided by the customer, a new service charge and any applicable fees may be assessed.
Technician Safety and Service Limitations
A1 Mobile Tire Service reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, the vehicle cannot be serviced with available equipment, or circumstances differ substantially from the information provided at the time of scheduling.
Customer Acknowledgment
By scheduling service, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
Used Tire Warranty and Grace Period Policy
Used Tire Warranty Disclaimer
All used tires sold by A1 Mobile Tire Service are sold as used merchandise and do not carry a traditional warranty. While every tire is inspected prior to installation, used tires may have unknown conditions that are not visible during inspection.
3-Day Grace Period
As a courtesy to our customers, A1 Mobile Tire Service offers a 3-day grace period from the date of installation. This period is intended to provide customers with sufficient time to identify any issues that may not have been detectable during the initial inspection.
If a tire sold and installed by A1 Mobile Tire Service develops an issue during the 3-day grace period due to a defect present at the time of sale, such as:
- A slow leak caused by a pinhole
- A nail or puncture that was not visible during inspection
- Other defects determined to have existed prior to installation
We will, at our discretion, repair the tire or provide a replacement tire of similar size and condition.
Voidance of Grace Period Coverage
The 3-day grace period is automatically void if:
- The tire is driven while flat or underinflated.
- The tire sustains impact damage from road hazards, curbs, potholes, or accidents after installation.
- The tire is altered, repaired, or serviced by another party.
- The tire is damaged beyond repair.
- The tire's condition prevents A1 Mobile Tire Service from determining the cause of failure or verifying whether the issue existed at the time of sale.
If the tire cannot be inspected due to excessive damage or destruction, no replacement or repair will be provided under the grace period.
Mobile Service Response Times
A1 Mobile Tire Service operates as a mobile service provider. While we make every effort to respond as quickly as possible, response times may vary depending on call volume, weather conditions, location, traffic, and technician availability.
During periods of high demand, it may not be possible to dispatch a technician immediately. Customers requesting warranty inspection, repair, or replacement service should understand that response times may take up to 24 hours.
The 3-day grace period will remain honored provided the customer reports the issue within the 3-day period, even if service is scheduled for a later time due to availability.
A1 Mobile Tire Service reserves the right to inspect any tire before approving a repair or replacement under this policy.
Refund Policy
No Refund Policy
A1 Mobile Tire Service does not offer refunds on services performed, service charges, labor, used tires, new tires, parts, or other products once service has been completed and/or merchandise has been installed.
All sales are considered final.
Service Charges
Service charges are non-refundable once a technician has been dispatched. The service charge covers travel expenses, fuel, time, and dispatch costs regardless of whether the requested service is ultimately completed.
Customer Satisfaction and Exceptions
A1 Mobile Tire Service strives to provide quality service and customer satisfaction. However, every situation is unique and must be evaluated on its own circumstances.
If a customer experiences an issue related to a tire or service provided by A1 Mobile Tire Service, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a repair, replacement, service credit, partial refund, or other resolution that we deem appropriate.
Any exception to this policy is made strictly on a case-by-case basis and shall not be considered a guarantee or precedent for future transactions.
Right to Determine Resolution
A1 Mobile Tire Service reserves the exclusive right to investigate, inspect, and determine the cause of any reported issue and to decide the appropriate resolution. Refunds, when granted, are issued solely at the discretion of A1 Mobile Tire Service and are not guaranteed.
By purchasing products or services from A1 Mobile Tire Service, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this refund policy.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact A1 Mobile Tire Service and allow us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address any concerns before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or claim with their financial institution.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first providing A1 Mobile Tire Service the opportunity to inspect the tire, review the service provided, or attempt to resolve the issue may result in the immediate voiding of any warranty, grace period, replacement consideration, service credit, or other goodwill accommodation that may have otherwise been available.
A1 Mobile Tire Service reserves the right to provide all supporting documentation, photographs, invoices, signed agreements, communications, and service records to the customer's financial institution in response to any payment dispute.
